The principle is simple: ask a direct question to users to which they can answer with a simple touch of a button, depending on their level of satisfaction. the Smilio “5 stars” offers record voting rates and is unrivalled in collecting both real-time and continuous opinions autonomously. The votes can be easily consolidated and compared to your online customer feedback and give you the opportunity to have a 360-degree customer satisfaction view. The results are available a few minutes only after the first votes, and are consulted in Excel files or dashboards.  Thanks to our Smilio web interface, you can easily create new surveys, manage your terminals and compare the results of your different campaigns. Smilio terminals are operating on special networks dedicated to connected objects: Sigfox and LoRaWAN.

They are wireless and independent from mobile/Internet networks and can be placed whereever you decide, without any constraint.

  Smilio S devices are delivered assembled, without batteries. Shipping will be processed within 10 working days after the receipt of your payment.
• Satisfied or your money-back
  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from receipt of your package, to return the Smilio S device to us in the original packaging.
