Microshare Becomes Exclusive North America Reseller of Skiply Customer Feedback Devices.
Partnership will result in cost savings for customers of Microshare’s washroom and on-demand cleaning solutions in North America and improved product availability and service for Skiply customers.
The beginning
In 2017, Skiply introduced, in a world premiere, a multi-year battery-powered standalone connected kiosk that combines 3 essential functions to ensure quality of service in physical locations:
😃 Customer, passenger and user satisfaction measurement,
✅ Proof of passage by magnetic badge,
🚩 Problem reporting, which allows cleaning or maintenance teams to know exactly when and how to intervene (unlike “Smiley” kiosks that do not discriminate between anomalies).
One year later
As of 2018, Microshare.io has developed connected services around Skiply objects, with prestigious clients such as Amarark (FacilityManagement), Comcast (the equivalent of Orange) or even CBRE (commercial real estate).
An exclusivity arrangement
The exclusivity agreement for the North American territory announced on November 15 reinforces this collaboration between two innovative companies with global ambitions.

Microshare available in Europe
Microshares’ services are also available to European customers who want to switch to “Smart cleaning”, which allows for example to optimize cleaning rounds through artificial intelligence.
